All prices FOB Texoma
Trees, Denison, TX and are subject to change without
notice. The invoiced price will be the price in effect
at the time of delivery.
WHOLESALE ONLY - We
require a completed sales tax exemption certificate.
Ordering -
Orders are subject to availability of stock on hand at
the time of delivery and other factors beyond our
control. All plants grown in 6"
pots or smaller are sold in flat quantities only.
Pickup orders require 24 hours advance notice. Minimum
order for pickup is $100.00.
Credit -
Credit terms are Net 30 days. All other sales are COD. A
credit application must be submitted and adequate time
allowed for processing. We accept Mastercard, Visa,
American Express and Discover cards. Credit terms are
Net 30 days. All other sales are COD.
Past due
accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month service charge
or the legal limit.
Delivery
OUR trucks normally operate on a fully loaded basis and
we make every effort to get your order to you on time.
We can usually arrange less than truckload deliveries
with our trucks, brokered trucking or LTL carriers.
Mileage charges will be in accordance with industry
standards and current rates. Split loads will have a $50
drop charge. Unloading is the responsibility of
the customer. OUR drivers will assist in unloading our
truck only, contact loads may or may not have driver
assistance.
